DELIVERY:
 

We ship to all Europe from our boutique in Zurich.

We offer shipping of CHF 7.00 for all orders to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Shipping to Europe is subject to a registered tracking shipping fee of CHF 19.00.

We  only provide free national standard shipping.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however if we are running late, we will let you know. Orders placed on a weekend, will be dispatched on Monday. When we ship your order, you will receive a email with a tracking number to check your delivery.


RETURNS:
If you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund within 14 business days of receipt.

Please note that you are responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If an item you ordered is unsuitable, delivery charges for return of item will not be reimbursed. If item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with refund or exchange.
All items you wish to return must be unworn and returned in the same condition you received them in. All items must be returned in original packaging and with labels attached to it.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 14 working days. Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will send you a confirmation email and issue the refund. Refunds will be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase.
